How do we get there in this busy modern world? Most of us are going from one thing to another, barely keeping up with the pace and pressure we put ourselves under.
As a relaxation coach I see us at a crossroads, it is like most of us are traveling in a fast car, life is happening to and around us we spend most of our time trying to catch up. What would it be like to wakeup, start our day with a 20 minute silent time, 20-30 minute walk in nature, a good healthy breakfast? Then you can begin your day relaxed ready for the family, work, children or what ever. We can choose to take time for ourselves first so we can deal with a clear mind our life's responsibilities. We need to recharge daily and then very importantly take a longer break away from everyday activities to reconnect with our inside self, so we can make clear choices. We are offering a safe and friendly enviorment to explore how you can reconnect.
We can choose to be in charge of our life, and how we do this is to dream into reality what we want in life. We can only do this by taking time out to listen to our soul/self, get out of that fast speeding car and look around. What do you see that you like about you life? What do you see you don't like in your life? How can I make changes to support myself and others that depend on me? When we don't know what our dream of life is, we become pon's in other peoples life to help them create there dream.
To reach that tranquil state of calm, serene, relaxation, we need to feel at peace with our life, knowing all is well in our world. Even challenges are oppertunities for us to make different choices, and again how to do that is to get centered within yourself. Taking a break, there are many ways to do this, not one size fits all. Meditation, Aroma massage, Aromatic baths, Journaling, Walking Meditations, Retreats, the whole idea is to relax.
